Context

Since 2013, Nolaho has helped Elor turn on the ball and switch from a B to B business model to a B to C for B strategy.

Customers have developed a new relationship to food. Their quest for ethical, natural and healthy food has led Elior to a disruptive paradigm shift regarding products offered and internal organisation.

Since eating better and celebrating the uniqueness of persons evolving within a business, school or hospital context both contribute to higher well-being and productivity for all, we created a dozen hybrid concepts applicable to Elior’s 3 core fields.

These concepts aim to significantly expand C customer experience, while catering to the new needs of B clients (maximizing footprint revenue, co-worker satisfaction, employer brand reputation).

Methodology

TRANSFORM

We designed modular living spaces that made it possible to work, relax and eat DIFFERENTLY at any hour of the day, completely overturning conventional use-for-value schemes. Even the self-service food court (40% of the turnover) was revamped with “mass-produced customizing” that transformed the B to B transactional model.

Together, we have :

  • Earmarked key customer insights (B &C) and defined field-specific strategies,
  • Created all-encompassing marketing concepts (marketing pitch, brand and brand identity), experience markers (location, service, food), site identity, architecture & design, service protocols,
  • Established a brand portfolio,
  • Plotted physical and digital service journeys,
  • Devised tools that developers could use (call for tender and lock-in)
