Automobile manufacturers are faced with the exponential growth of a service-based ecosystem where users are redefining mobility: using any available car whenever needed, purchasing a mile at a time, demonstrating a new understanding of safety.
These services are all tethered to people’s smartphones for a global optimal mobility experience, and app-based pure-players reign yet unchallenged.
Nolaho worked with PSA Group, Keyrus and start-ups Digital Airways & Z#bre to design and conceptualize a disruptive SmartServices ecosystem that puts car manufacturers back in the driving seat as to how a car can be used as a connected device.
SmartServices litteraly invents a new manner of going around and redefines better living, answering yet unanswered physical needs with a technological experience from within the connected vehicle.

MEGAPOLIS BUILDING BLOCK STRATEGIZING
From 2010 to 2013, nolaho was counsel (business model included) to PSA Distribution department to redesign the dealership network strategy at an international level, matching distribution patterns evolving at mega-city levels and new customer expectations. The technology implemented enables infinite customization of vehicles, including simulated driving experiences, on a store footprint shrunk down to 80 sq m.
In the years 2014 and 2015, nolaho designed the Renault showroom, a dealership concept that brought the new marketing and merchandizing strategy of the brand to life. Nolaho developed an adaptive toolkit empowering the marketing teams all across the planet, handing them the key to selecting their content and setting it up from start to finish, with a pilot as one of programmable milestones.
